Allen Kaisler-Meza, M.D.
Dr. Allen Kaisler-Meza earned his medical degree from Cornell University Medical College and completed his residency training at Stanford University. He is a board-certified physiatrist and a Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME). Dr. Kaisler-Meza worked as Assistant Medical Director of Rehabilitation at Laurel Grove Hospital and then served as Medical Director of Rehabilitation at San Jose Hospital. He is currently the Medical Director of Rehabilitation at Good Samaritan Hospital. Dr. Kaisler-Meza also completed a six-month intensive acupuncture training program at UCLA and incorporates medical acupuncture into his practice. He is skilled at performing electrodiagnostic studies and intra-articular and Botox injections for pain management. He is a co-founder of RehabOne Medical Group and SpineOne Functional Restoration Programs. Dr. Kaisler-Meza is fluent in Spanish.
Michael C. Post, M.D.
Dr. Michael Post graduated medical school from the State University of New York Health Science Center in Syracuse, performed his internship at Cornell North Shore University Hospital and completed his residency training at Stanford University Medical Center. Dr. Post is a board-certified physiatrist and pain medicine specialist. He is also a Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME). He has been extensively involved in organized medicine and is a past president of both the California Society of Industrial Medicine and Surgery and the California Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Post has developed and managed several functional restoration and pain management programs in Northern California. He is a co-founder and chief medical officer of RehabOne Medical Group and SpineOne Functional Restoration Programs. He is an active-affiliate on the medical staff at Good Samaritan Hospital and is also adjunct clinical faculty at Stanford Pain Management Center.
Ronald Fujimoto, D.O.
Dr. Ronald Fujimoto earned his medical degree at the Western University of Health Sciences. He served at the U.S. Army Hospital at Fort Meade Maryland in general practice and emergency room medicine before completing his residency at Walter Reed U.S. Army Medical Center. He is a board-certified physiatrist and pain medicine specialist and is also board-certified in electrodiagnostic studies. Dr. Fujimoto is a Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) and is a certified independent medical examiner (CIME) for the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners. He served as staff physiatrist at Ford Ord and San Jose Good Samaritan Medical Group before starting private practice. Dr. Fujimoto is co-founder of RehabOne Medical Group and SpineOne Functional Restoration Programs.
Melinda Brown, M.D.
Dr. Melinda Brown earned her medical degree from Northwestern University and completed her residency training at Ohio State University. Dr. Brown is a board-certified physiatrist and is a Qualified Medical Examiner (QME). She has served on the board of directors for the California Society of Industrial Medicine and Surgery, as well as vice president and current president-elect for the California Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Brown has been in practice in Gilroy, California since 2004 and has been providing physician services at the SpineOne Functional Restoration Programs since 2007. She joined RehabOne Medical Group in 2011. Her practice focus is on electrodiagnostic studies and treating musculoskeletal injuries and chronic pain.
Zuag Yang, PA-C
Zuag Yang completed her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara with an emphasis in Marine Science & Asian American studies. She completed her graduate studies at Le Moyne College majoring in Physician Assistant Studies. Since completing her training program, Zuag has worked in chronic pain, oral surgery and primary care. She is inspired to want to help patients improve their quality of life by helping them to develop the skills needed to better manage their experiences with pain. Zuag’s medical management style truly embodies our patient-centered approach.
Cely M. Queiroz PA.C
Cely Queiroz obtained her undergraduate degree in Health Sciences with a minor in Chemistry, at San Jose State University. A few years later she obtained her Physician Assistant certification from the University of California, Davis. Presently, she is pursuing a graduate degree in Psychology from the University of Santa Clara. Her career as clinician includes eight years in Primary Care, two years in Orthopedics, and near a year in Psychiatry. Cely is passionate about patient care and is fluent in Spanish. She feels that addressing her patients’ medical and mental care needs is a life calling. Cely embraces our comprehensive approach to patient care.
Patricia Posada, B.A.
Ms. Patricia Posada has been a Bilingual Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor for over 20 years assisting injured workers in their efforts to return to appropriate employment via the implementation of individualized plans including direct placement, short –term retraining and self employment efforts both here and in their country of origin. Throughout her career she has specialized in assisting the monolingual and the limited English speaking individual with great success. In addition, she has been a consultant for Hewlett Packard in their pilot return to work program. With a passion to help others, Ms. Posada has actively participated as a volunteer for several local non-profit organizations having received awards for outstanding participation and commitment.
Ms. Posada grew up in Caracas, Venezuela where she pursued law studies at Universidad Santa Maria. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from San Jose State University and is currently in her last semester at San Francisco State where she is pursuing a certificate in court interpretation. She has been the CEO of Posada Vocational Services since its foundation in 1992.
Cecelia Tiemann, D.C.
Dr. Tiemann is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic-West. Having been certified as an Industrial Disability Examiner and Qualified Medical Examiner, she has over 20 years of experience in the Workers’ Compensation arena. Her focus and studies in the last ten years has been in spine rehabilitation through physical activity and cognitive behavioral approach. She has also undergone training with the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy through the McKenzie Institute International and certification in the Documentation Based Care (DBC) System. Dr. Tiemann has extensive experience working in the Latino community. She is bilingual and bicultural has contributed to Latino community by conducting classes and lectures on spine rehabilitation and exercise, injury prevention, and biomechanics. As a team member at SpineOne, Dr. Tiemann serves as an evaluator and Lead Spine Exercise Specialist.
Darrell Bruga, D.C.
Dr. Bruga has been engaged in the development and implementation of whole-person rehabilitation programs for over a decade. Reaching critical mass through the delivery of biopsychosocial rehabilitation programs has been his main focus. In addition to clinical program development and client services, he has experience in management, operations, sales and marketing. He has obtained numerous certifications including a credential in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) from the McKenzie Institute International. Dr. Bruga became the first PGAP trained clinician in California in 2010. Dr. Bruga is a co-founder of SpineOne Functional Restoration Programs. He served as the Program Director of SpineOne and Vice President of RehabOne Medical Group from 2005-2010. He served as the Chief Clinical Officer for SpineOne from 2008 to 2010. Dr. Bruga now serves as a Rehabilitation Consultant to SpineOne.
Janet E. Kraemer, Ph.D
Dr. Kraemer has been practicing in the fields of clinical and health psychology for over 16 years. She was honored in 2002 by the Southern California Cancer Pain Initiative for her work with cancer patients and their pain. In 2006, she moved back to the San Francisco Bay Area and has been practicing in chronic pain in Los Gatos, since then. Dr. Kraemer received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology at the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 1987. She subsequently completed her Masters and Doctorate degrees at Alliant University – CSPP in clinical psychology with a proficiency in Health Psychology, in 1989 and 1994, respectively. She completed her postdoctoral fellowship at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center on the HIV service. Dr. Kraemer has served in a rehabilitation psychology department as a predoctoral intern, and later as a staff member on three Inpatient Rehabilitation Units for patients suffering from stroke, head injury, or other disabling conditions. She currently also consults in acute rehabilitation at Good Samaritan Hospital, in San Jose. Dr. Kramer has recently worked on developing an early intervention program for chronic pain patients at a local occupational medicine center. She was a psychologist at SpineOne for two years in its early days, and she is happy to be back working at SpineOne, now as the Director of Behavioral Medicine.
Marcela Molina-Uribes, LMFT
Ms. Molina-Uribes is the bilingual (Spanish/English) psychotherapist at SpineOne. She was born in Santiago, Chile and has been working in the field of psychology since 2002. She received her Bachelors of Arts Degree in La Raza Studies and Sociology from San Francisco State University. Marcela is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who received her Master of Arts Degree in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University. Since her training, she has been working in outpatient mental health centers in urban settings. Marcela's clinical style embraces the strengths of the individual and embodies SpineOne's patient-centered approach.
